These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) govern the sale of products offered on the website https://www.mauditvillage.com, published by Maudit Village, hereinafter referred to as “the Seller.”

2. Products Offered
The products offered for sale are:
Books (novels, anthologies, gamebooks, etc.)
Role-playing games (rulebooks, scenarios, game aids, etc.)
Digital products (PDF)
Goodies and accessories (cards, bookmarks, stickers, etc.)
The products are described and presented as accurately as possible. In case of a clear error, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
3. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively through the website.
Customers can purchase without creating an account.
Once payment is validated, a confirmation email is sent to the provided address.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (previous dispute, suspected fraud, etc.).
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable – article 293 B of the French General Tax Code if auto-entrepreneur).

5. Delivery

Pickup possible during events or conventions (if applicable)
Timeframes:
Shipment within [e.g. 3 to 7 business days] after ordering
Delivery according to the selected carrier, generally within [e.g. 2 to 10 business days]
Shipping costs are indicated before order confirmation. They are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
6. Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with applicable legislation, the buyer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify the reason.
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to digital files once downloaded.
Customized or pre-ordered items may also be excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Returns are at the customer’s expense. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned products in perfect condition.
7. Digital Products
Purchased digital files (PDFs, game aids, etc.) are strictly for personal and private use. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale is prohibited without the publisher’s consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, games, creations) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.
9. Personal Data Protection
Information collected during the order is necessary for processing and shipping.
It is neither sold nor transmitted to third parties (except technical service providers).

10. Disputes and Applicable Law
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.
Failing that, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator.
11. Provisions Specific to Preorders or Crowdfunding
Some products may be offered as preorders (or via crowdfunding). In such cases:
Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.
The product is only shipped once production is completed.
Additional delays may occur in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
12. Modification of the GTCS
The Seller reserves the right to modify these GTCS at any time.
The applicable GTCS are those in effect at the date of the order.
